Cabins

1 Smoking Area

Smoking Area – Please smoke at our designated smoking areas only. You are NOT ALLOWED to smoke inside or at the balcony of the cabin.

2 House Rules

Here at The Lodge at Capisan, we highly value the experience of our guests, as such we hope all our guests reciprocate our passion to give all our guests the experience they deserve by abiding by our house rules.

  1.     Please avoid being loud and rowdy as a sign of respect to other guests.
  2.     No smoking inside the cabins or on the deck. Please use the designated smoking area. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in a fine and forfeiture of security deposit.
  3.     Each cabin has a maximum capacity of 4 guests including children.
  4.     Security deposit of P2,000 per cabin, refundable within 3-5 business days
  5. Our cancellation policy is Non-Refundable within 14 days prior to your Check-in Date. Rebooking is allowed with at least 3 days notice prior to your Check-in Date
  6.     Please keep all areas clean by disposing trash properly.
  7.     Please avoid engaging in illegal activities while on the premises.
  8.     Please refrain from touching or interacting with any animals that are in the premises as they may cause injury or harm.
  9.     Finally, please enjoy your stay to your heart’s content.
3 Are Pets allowed at The Lodge at Capisan?

Yes, pets are allowed but must be kept on a leash at all times. Also, pets are not allowed inside the cabins to be considerate to future guests who may have animal allergies. Owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets. A 1,000 php fine will be imposed for every violation incurred.

4 What modes of payment do you accept?

We currently offer Paypal, Bank transfer, and GCash as a mode of payment.

5 Do you have food available to purchase?

You can purchase food from the restaurant, but we also recommend bringing ingredients for grilling to take advantage of the cabin side grill provided. Bringing outside food and drinks are allowed and not subject to any additional charges.

6 Is it safe to walk around outside the property?

 It is safe to walk around outside the property to a certain extent since there are variables like animals, etc. that must be taken into consideration.

Full use of the communal areas is included with every booking excluding access to other cabins and meals.

 Yes, thanks to Starlink, we can provide Wi-Fi to all our guests.

Terms and Conditions

  1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by The Lodge at Capisan, including but not limited to making a reservation, checking-in, or utilizing any facilities, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. In the event that you disagree with any aspect of these terms, your utilization of our services will not be permissible

  1. Reservations and Payments

2.1. Reservations are subject to availability and are not guaranteed unless full payment is confirmed by The Lodge at Capisan.

  • 2.2. All rates and charges displayed are inclusive of breakfast for two persons unless stated otherwise.
  • 2.3. Payment for accommodation and other services must be made in full before check-in.
  1. Cancellations and Modifications
  • 3.1. Bookings are non-refundable within 14 days prior to check-in date.
  • 3.2. Rebooking is allowed up to 7 days prior to check-in date.
  • 3.3. Modifications to reservations are subject to availability and may be subject to additional charges.
  • 3.4. No-shows may be subject to forfeiture of booking fee and security deposit as
  • outlined in the applicable cancellation policy.
  1. Check-in and Check-out
  • 4.1. Check-in time is at 2pm until 6pm, and check-out time is by 11am.
  • 4.2. Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
  • 4.3. A valid government-issued identification may be requested at check-in for verification purposes and any incidental charges.
  1. Guest Responsibilities and Conduct
  • 5.1. Guests are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and good condition of the assigned room and any hotel property they use during their stay.
  • 5.2. Guests are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and responsible manner, following all applicable laws, regulations, and policies of The Lodge at Capisan.
  • 5.3. Any damages caused by guests to the hotel property or facilities will result in forfeiture of the security deposit and may incur additional charges depending on the gravity of the damages.
  1. Liability and Limitations
  • 6.1. The Lodge at Capisan is not liable for any loss, damage, theft, or injury suffered by guests or their belongings while on the premises.
  • 6.2. Guests are responsible for their personal belongings, and The Lodge at Capisan recommends safekeeping items and locking cabins while unattended.
  • 6.3. Guests are kindly advised against touching or interacting with any animals that may wander onto the premises, as they have the potential to cause harm or injuries.
  • 6.4. The Lodge at Capisan reserves the right to refuse service or remove guests who violate the policies of The Lodge at Capisan, engage in illegal activities, or disrupt the comfort and safety of other guests which includes but is not limited to: excessive drinking, playing loud music, rowdy and disruptive behavior.
  1. Privacy and Data Protection
  • 7.1. The Lodge at Capisan respects guest privacy and handles personal data in accordance with applicable privacy laws.
  • 7.2. Guest information collected during the reservation and stay may be used for operational purposes, improving services, and complying with legal requirements.
  1. Amendments to the Terms and Conditions
  • The Lodge at Capisan reserves the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time. The updated terms will be effective upon posting on our website or communicating them to guests.
  1. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
  • These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of The Republic of the Philippines.
